Crossing bridge â the strength of the team in practice
The construction uses only wooden elements, gravity and the principles of statics, thanks to which the individual parts support each other and create a firm, self-supporting bridge.
The participants must join forces, communicate effectively and together find the right construction procedure. Every detail matters â from planning to the final realization. The real test, however, comes at the end: the whole team walks across its own bridge and verifies its firmness, stability and the quality of cooperation.
This activity develops team communication, strategic thinking, coordination and trust among team members. At the same time it brings a strong moment of success, when individuals become one functional whole capable of overcoming any obstacle.
Can your team build a bridge that will carry all of its members?
